Can I do business all over KSA?
Individuals with 100% foreign ownership can apply to establish a business in Saudi Arabia. The MISA will issue a business license to foreign investors, with a minimum cost of 600 SAR per year for a separate city branch.
What are the documents to get started?
- Attested Commercial Registration (CR)/Certificate of Incorporation verified by MOFA and the Saudi Embassy.
- Attested Memorandum of Association (MoA), Articles of Association, and last full year’s financial statements.
- Obtain notarization for the Power of Attorney (PoA) from a public notary.
Can I establish a fresh entity in KSA?
Unfortunately, no. In order to enter the Saudi market, you need to be a foreign investor by establishing a branch of an existing business.
How long does it take to complete the process?
The commercial registration of the company will be completed within 3 to 4 weeks. The full establishment, including the GM Iqama and company bank account, will be accomplished in less than 3 months.
What will be the yearly operational costs?
